We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Yoga is coming to Luminous Body. Tash, our yoga teacher has 23 years experience as a teacher and practitioner of Hatha Yoga, and more specifically Shadow Yoga. She is also a remedial yoga therapist and will be providing remedial yoga classes as well.
